Aluminum & Stainless Steel

PPR Industrial Services provides high-quality aluminum and stainless steel jacketing systems designed to protect insulation from weather exposure, physical damage, and long-term wear. These metal solutions help extend the life of your insulation systems and support consistent plant performance.

Metal jacketing shields pipe, fitting, and tank insulation from moisture, impact, and UV degradation. It preserves thermal efficiency, reduces maintenance cycles, and enhances system durability in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Materials Available: DI offers aluminum and stainless steel jacketing in multiple grades and thicknesses to meet a wide range of project specifications. Options include:

  • Aluminum

  • T-304 Stainless Steel

  • T-316 Stainless Steel

Available finishes include smooth, stucco embossed, and corrugated surfaces for application flexibility and aesthetic requirements.

Products Available: Distribution International supplies and fabricates a complete range of metal jacketing components, including:

  • Custom pipe jacketing with optional safety hems

  • Fittings such as 90- and 45-degree elbows, Tee covers, end caps, and Pittsburg caps

  • Tank and vessel heads

  • Prefabricated banding straps with factory-installed wing seals

  • Sheet metal rolls, banding coils, and accessory hardware

  • Screws, wing seals, and other installation components

Fabricated Products
DI fabricates metal jacketing to meet your specific sizing and design requirements. Our in-house capabilities support fast turnaround and consistent quality across complex system applications.

Reduced Labor Cost
Pre-cut and pre-fabricated jacketing components minimize field fabrication, reduce material waste, and accelerate installation timelines which saves time and labor on every job.

Applications
Metal jacketing is ideal for:

  • Pipe and fitting insulation systems

  • Equipment and tank heads

  • Chilled water and cryogenic lines

  • Hot oil and asphalt storage tanks

  • LNG facilities and refineries

  • Chemical processing and petrochemical plants

  • Power generation and industrial facilities

Ceramic Fiber Blankets

Ceramic fiber blanket is manufactured from spun or blown ceramic fiber and is needled to provide handling strength for high-temperature insulation applications. Ceramic fiber blanket insulation is a strong, lightweight, heat-resistant material that can be used in a range of temperatures. It features low thermal conductivity and heat storage, high tensile strength, and sound absorption properties. Ceramic fiber blankets can be used in applications like refining and petrochemical, furnaces, high temperature pipe, duct, and turbine insulation, and more. As a ceramic fiber blanket supplier, Distribution International offers ceramic fiber blanket and amorphous fiber blankets in a range of sizes and densities. Temperature ratings will vary by product.

Ceramic Fiber Board

Ceramic fiber board is a high density, vacuum pressed insulation produced through a wet forming process using alumina-silica fibers and binders. It has high temperature stability, low thermal conductivity, and resistance against thermal shock and chemical attack. Ceramic fiber board can be used in a range of refractory applications such as industrial heat process equipment, flue and chimney linings in furnaces and kilns, board over blanket hot face lining, and more. As a ceramic fiber board supplier, Distribution International offers ceramic fiber board in a variety of densities, thicknesses, and sizes from several manufacturers. Temperature ratings will vary by product.
